Product Description
Spare ArmSafe® Arming Plugs. Always make sure that ALL is safe before plugging in the Arming Plug. An Arming Plug is required to energize a RC Model by plugging it into the ArmSafe® Base. The Arming Plugs are very compact and aerodynamic, when plugged in they only measure about 0.28" x 0.5" x 0.5". Weight is only 3.7 grams.
The ArmSafe® System was created to improve the safety of electric RC models by giving the user better control of WHEN they energize and de-energize their models. This control can help reduce the risk of propeller strikes due to inadvertent motor starts. ArmSafe® is an effective solution for reducing, not eliminating, the risk of injury around high powered electric models. When ArmSafe® is CORRECTLY USED, the user has better control of WHEN they energize and de-energize their RC model. Uses Deans® Ultra Plug® Pat# 5,533,915. Got this to keep in my box, just in case. I like this arming system better than the others due to the way it doesnt detract from my plane's appearence and light weight.

I have seven RC planes running with these safety plugs. Fit is always good. They don't fall out, but are easy to remove. Never have had any type of failure in hundreds of flights of use!

these arming devices make me feel like I can safely handle my electric airplane. the larger motors will slice you up pretty good and this arming device gives me peace of mind.

I use this safety key on my 600 scale Blackhawk helicopter, adding one to my new 470l. This is a great device for high voltage battery disconnect.
